Concept Vacuum supply compact laboratory introductory vacuum systems for deposition processes, heat treatment and testing. Systems can be automated (PLC controlled), manual or somewhere in between to suit all budgets.

Concept Vacuum specialise in designing custom deposition systems for physical vapor deposition (PVD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes. Common processes are electron beam evaporation, thermal evaporation and sputtering. 

Concept Vacuum support in the design, manufacture and build of ultra-high vacuum system specifically for your surface science or solid state physics research. Systems are designed with gas partial pressure capability, radiation sources and measuring equipment as required. Material samples can be heated up to 1600°C or cooled to cryogenic temperatures (down to below 1 Kelvin). 

Concept Vacuum design custom vacuum storage systems for components such as micro-channel plates (MCPs) and wafers. Systems can be designed to have any number of chambers and any chamber size.  Compartments can be vented to a gas of your choice.
