How will I receive my reward?

Your Amazon gift card will be emailed to you and your friend. The gift card can be added it to any Amazon account that you choose.

What conditions must referrals meet for me to earn my reward?

For you and your friend to both earn a gift card, your friend needs to mention that you referred them when they make the initial enquiry to Concept Vacuum Limited and provide your email address. The referred party needs to place orders totalling a value of £1,000 or more (excluding VAT) to qualify for a £50 gift voucher (each), or orders totalling a value of £2,000 or more (excluding VAT) to qualify for a £100 gift voucher (each). Following despatch of their order(s), gift cards will be sent out within 60 days. Each individual / company / institution can only be referred once.

How many friends can I refer to Concept Vacuum?

There’s no limit on the number of friends you can refer to Concept Vacuum, but we reserve the right to withdraw the programme at any time.
