Vacuum Flanges
Concept Vacuum hold stock of KF, large ISO and CF vacuum flanges, blind or bored. CF flanges are available with clearance or tapped (metric or imperial) bolt holes. Standard material is 304L, but we also supply flanges in 316L, 316LN, aluminium and titanium. Let us know what you need and we will be pleased to quote. Gaskets and seals
Concept Vacuum hold stock of seals for KF, large ISO and CF flanges. Centering rings are stainless steel, aluminium or a combination, and O-rings are nitrile or fluorocarbon (Viton®). CF flanges are sealed with copper gaskets, and these can be supplied annealed for mounting fragile items such as viewports. Other CF gasket options include aluminium, nickel, fluorocarbon, gold plating and silver plating. Let us know what you need and we will be pleased to quote. Securing

Viewports

Vented Screws

High Purity Alumina
Concept Vacuum stock a wide range of alumina tubes and rods, and offers other sizes and styles on short lead times. Our high purity alumina components are suitable for use in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. Tubes are available with single or multiple bores. System Hardware

Thermocouples
Concept Vacuum hold stock of thermocouples for measuring temperature in high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum systems. These can be supplied in various diameters (usually Ø0.5mm) and lengths. Our most common supplied thermocouple types are type K, type C and type R. The best thermocouple type for your application depends on the environment and the temperature range of interest. Thermocouple can be supplied in metal sheaths (exposed, grounded or ungrounded junctions), ceramic sheaths or without a sheath (bar wires). Heating Tapes
Concept Vacuum hold stock of heating tapes (silicon or cloths) in various lengths. These can be supplied with temperature controllers, and we also have self limiting heating tapes. Vacuum Compatible Bearings
Concept Vacuum hold stock of various bearings suitable for use in high vacuum or ultra high vacuum (UHV) environments. Bearings can be offered with molybdenum disulphide or tungsten disulphide dry film lubrication for more demanding applications. Custom bearing solutions are available on request.
