Gaskets and seals

Concept Vacuum hold stock of vacuum gaskets and seals for KF, large ISO and CF flanges. Centering rings are stainless steel, aluminium or a combination, and O-rings are nitrile or fluorocarbon (Viton®). CF flanges are sealed with oxygen-free copper CF gaskets, and these can be supplied annealed for mounting fragile items such as viewports. Other CF gasket options include aluminium, nickel, fluorocarbon, gold plating and silver plating. Let us know what you need and we will be pleased to quote. Optics

Electrical Isolation

Concept Vacuum stock a wide range of vacuum compatible ceramics:

System Hardware

Thermocouples

Concept Vacuum hold stock of thermocouples for measuring temperature in high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum systems. These can be supplied in various diameters (usually Ø0.5mm) and lengths. Our most common supplied thermocouple types are type K, type C and type R. The best thermocouple type for your application depends on the environment and the temperature range of interest. Thermocouple can be supplied in metal sheaths (exposed, grounded or ungrounded junctions), ceramic sheaths or without a sheath (bar wires).
