Choosing the right vacuum bake out method for your ultra-high vacuum (UHV) application can be difficult. there are a number of techniques and they vary in effectiveness and cost. Concept Vacuum are here to help you achieve your bake out goals. We supply:

• Heater tape - cost effective, but can be tricky to get even distribution. 
• Heating blankets - perfect for large areas. 
• Soft bake out enclosure tents - great for systems with many items of equipment that need heating, such as Omicron systems. 
• Bake Out Jackets - highest bake out temperatures and excellent temperature uniformity and efficiency. 

Tapes, blankets, tents and jackets are all customisable to suit your application. All solutions are available in clean room compatible options, up to ISO 4 (Class 10). We also have solutions for hazardous areas (ATEX).
